   • Any modifications or alterations to the unit layout or specifications must be approved by SSPL Group.
3. Legal Compliance:
   • The project is registered under MahaRERA (Maharashtra Real Estate Regulatory Authority) with registration number [insert registration number].

4. Possession and Handover:
